Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened.
• Products must be unused.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
